10/10 Callum is always Excellent! He always applies his techniques masterfully and is professional to the hilt. It was the first time I have met Matilda. Apparently she has only been there for two months or so, but her professionalism is excellent and her head massage is brilliant too. She has lovely conversation and was a pleasure to meet. Loved my visit to Bluewater T &G everyone was so pleasant from the young lady who signed me in at reception to the young lady who washed my hair. Calum. then listened ..advised and talked all things hair with great tips and changed my hair just like that in a few Def snips As a carer for my elderly parents one who sadly has dementia my hair needed to be wash and go Thank you Calum and the team for giving me back and hour for myself really appreciated see you soon Karen xxx

I haven't been to a hairdresser in about 5 years so was a bit nervous to start. Was seen straight away, good consultation before my cut, had lovely conversations the whole time. Very pleased with the final results so will definitely be going again.

Absolutely brilliant! The layout of the salon is nice and calm and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite and was helpful. I asked if they had any one available to cut my hair and luckily for me they did so I didn’t have to wait around which was perfect for me! I’ve never been to a Tony and Guy salon before and I know the reputation is very high and always wanted to try them but never had never got round to it. Tasmine my stylist was great, she listened to my hair dilemma and listened to what I would like done and then gave me her advice, her advice on products was excellent and the cut was great considering the mess I had made, hopefully I can get back to her in 6/8 weeks and she can blend then back much easier. Thank you so much and see you again soon
